The Research and Development team at CIDRZ focuses on advancing healthcare in Zambia through rigorous scientific research and innovative capacity-building initiatives. The team, comprised of experts like NIH Fogarty Global Health Fellows, Principal Investigators, and Senior Technical Advisors, develops and implements research projects, ensures compliance with grants and contracts, and provides strategic data analysis and monitoring to support evidence-based healthcare solutions.
