Senior Project Officer Youth Leadership at Centre for Multicultural Youth

Brett Watson is a seasoned professional in youth leadership and emergency services with extensive experience in various roles across non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Project Officer for Youth Leadership at the Centre for Multicultural Youth since 2021, Brett previously held multiple positions at the Australian Red Cross from 2012 to 2019, including Project Officer and Team Convenor for Emergency Services. As a founding board member of Community Coalition Victoria from 2016 to 2019, Brett contributed to community support initiatives. Additional roles include Flexible Outreach Worker at arbias, Program Coordinator at Somaly Mam Foundation, and Editorial Intern at Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. Brett holds a Master of Social Science in International Development from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York Institute of Technology.
