Laura O'Neill

Laura O'Neill is an experienced professional in the fields of multicultural community engagement, sustainability education, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at the Centre for Multicultural Youth, Laura advocates for multicultural communities impacted by family violence and manages volunteer mentorship programs for refugee and migrant youth. Previous roles include instructional design at Insight Academy, where Laura updated course requirements for sustainable operations, and development of environmental and sustainability education programs. With a strong background in social entrepreneurship, Laura co-founded Same Skies, managed programs at Unbound, and taught at the University of Melbourne. Laura's academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Development from UNSW and various certifications in teaching and training.
