Sameera Fieldgrass is an experienced professional in youth services with a comprehensive background in restorative justice, youth housing, and social work. Currently serving as Practice Lead at the Centre for Multicultural Youth since January 2023, Sameera previously held positions including Youth Justice Group Conference Convenor at Jesuit Social Services, where the focus was on facilitating restorative justice between young offenders and their communities. Sameera's earlier roles included Practice Consultant and Sessional Lecturer at Australian Catholic University, Youth Housing Coordinator at the Salvation Army, and Practice Manager for the Gangs Prevention Team at Southwark Council. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Social Studies & Social Work from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Teesside University.
