Nathalie Lariviere is an experienced IT Application Manager with a robust background in IT service management, business analysis, and process improvement. Currently serving as an IT Application Manager at CHwapi, Nathalie has previously held similar roles at Compagnie des Ciments Belges and UNIVERCELLS, where responsibilities included implementing high-security IT architectures, deploying infrastructures, and enhancing ERP and CRM systems like Odoo and Zoho. Additional expertise encompasses business process modeling, project management, and IT governance, with a strong foundation established during tenures at firms such as Capgemini and RealDolmen.
