Cláudia Viegas

Cláudia Viegas is a PhD candidate and researcher at the Centre of Marine Sciences (CCMAR) and iBB - Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences, focusing on antibody encapsulation into polymer nanoparticles for lung cancer treatment. Cláudia has published 10 peer-reviewed papers with over 200 citations and has presented findings at numerous national and international conferences. Additionally, Cláudia serves as a freelance online tutor in Chemistry and Biology, and has held roles as a deputy pharmacist and trainer, enhancing pharmacy practice and promoting health education. Cláudia is currently in the final year of a PhD program in Biomedical Sciences at the Universidade do Algarve, holding a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
