Millie Lam is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Millie began their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at Premiere Mobile, where they developed new prospects and provided product demonstrations to customers. In 2010, Millie worked as a Beauty Advisor at Walgreens, offering excellent customer service and promoting sales. Later that year, they became a Certified Medical Assistant at Concentra Urgent Care, where they assisted doctors with procedures, conducted tests, and provided high-quality care to patients.

In 2011, Millie joined The Austin Diagnostic Clinic as a Podiatry Technician, responsible for a range of duties including patient records, surgery scheduling, wound care, and procedure assistance. Millie also maintained strict confidentiality and supported administration and staff. From 2016 to 2019, they served as an NRCMA Rheumatology specialist at the same clinic, showcasing their expertise in the field.

In 2019, Millie founded Skin360, where they utilized their background as a licensed esthetician. Millie established the company and provided esthetician services to clients. Millie also handled the company's operations and management.

Millie joined Texas Systems Group, Inc. in 2019 as a Jr. Sales Support Specialist, responsible for various sales, finance, and procurement tasks, including proposal quotes and managing inventory. In 2021, they were promoted to Sr. Sales Support Specialist, focusing on order coordination and pricing accuracy.

Most recently, Millie joined Centre Technologies in 2022 as an Inside Sales Representative. Millie'srole involves sales activities and providing support to customers.

Millie started their educational journey by obtaining a Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Alhambra High School in 2007. Millie further pursued their interest in healthcare by attending Everest Institute-Greenspoint in 2010, where they earned certification as a Medical/Clinical Assistant.

In 2010, Millie expanded their knowledge in nutrition sciences by enrolling in California State University-Los Angeles. Millie spent three years there and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition Sciences. Millie continued their studies after that, attending Austin Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Surgical Technology/Technologist.

Alongside their formal education, Millie also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various fields. Notably, they earned certifications such as Certified meraki networking Associate from Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, and Certified Cisco Sale from SYNNEX Westcon-Comstor Latam. These certifications demonstrate their proficiency in networking, cloud computing, and sales.

Millie has also ventured into the beauty industry, as evidenced by their completion of a cosmetology program at Alhambra Beauty College in 2005. Furthermore, they obtained a Facialist (Esthetician) certification from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in 2019, showcasing their expertise in skincare and beauty treatments.
