Jessica Calabretta, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Jessica is currently serving as a Senior Manager of HR Operations at Centria Healthcare. Prior to that, Jessica worked at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants as a Human Resources Manager. During their time there, they implemented multiple software applications to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency, transitioning from manual paper processes to electronic workflows. Jessica also had a significant role at Paychex as a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Consultant, where they managed a book of 65+ clients and provided strategic planning, training, and education on federal and state laws. Before that, they worked at SUMDEIGH 2, INC as an Assistant Operations Manager/Location Manager, handling various HR responsibilities, compliance with regulations, and inventory control. With their experience, Jessica has developed a strong skill set in HR operations, strategic planning, and employee relations.
