Mallory Rossen

Mallory Rossen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Mallory began their career at Bronson Healthcare in 2018, where they provided quality medical care to patients on the General Medical Unit, with a focus on oncology and pulmonary conditions. Mallory demonstrated proficiency in monitoring, evaluating, and recording various medical diagnoses while working alongside the interprofessional team. Mallory also built positive rapport with patients and provided them with quality education to promote positive outcomes.

In 2019, Mallory joined the Children's Hospital of Michigan as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse. Mallory delivered skilled nursing care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Mallory was experienced in handling emergent situations, such as intubations, codes, central line placements, and conscious sedation. Mallory closely monitored patients for any changing conditions and promptly alerted physicians for intervention.

Later in 2019, Mallory worked at Centria as a Home Health Nurse, providing tailored home nursing care to a child with complex medical needs. Mallory skillfully assessed changing conditions and delivered rapid interventions, collaborating with the patient's family, physicians, and case manager to ensure a successful outcome.

Most recently, Mallory joined Beaumont Health in 2020 as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. In this role, they carried out specialized care to patients in labor and delivery, triage, antepartum, and recovery units. Mallory actively interpreted electronic fetal monitoring, performed induction and augmentation of labor, and executed interventions for intrapartum and postpartum complications, including high-risk pregnancies and cesarean sections. Mallory prioritized patient safety and collaborated with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch treatment and patient success.

Mallory Rossen attended Valparaiso University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
