Samantha Compton

Samantha Compton has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Samantha started their career at APAC Customer Services as a Customer Service Supervisor from August 2009 to April 2011. Samantha then joined Agero, Inc. as an Accident Management employee from July 2012 to November 2013. Samantha moved to IBM and worked as a Lead Recruiter from December 2013 to July 2020. Samantha then joined Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions as an RPO Recruiter from August 2020 to July 2023. Currently, Samantha is working at Centria Autism as a Clinical Recruiter, starting in August 2023.

Samantha Compton completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Samantha attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Benson Union High School, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha also has obtained several certifications. Samantha received the Data-Driven Diversity Recruiting Certification from SeekOut in May 2021. In August 2018, they obtained the IBM Agile Explorer certification from IBM, and in July 2017, they achieved the IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification, also from IBM.
