Tom Stoutenburg

Tom Stoutenburg has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Tom started their career as a Security Trader at Rabobank and later became an Investment Consultant at both Rabobank and ABN AMRO. In 2007, they joined Ordina as a Business Consultant, working on transforming the business environment of the BPO and its clients. In 2009, Ordina was acquired by Centric, where Tom held various management positions, including Managing Director and Head of Growth & Innovation Financial Services Industry. Tom was responsible for profit and loss, service delivery, sales execution, and client management of Centric's BPO and ITO offerings to the financial institutions industry. Tom has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the sector.

Tom Stoutenburg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2001. Tom then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration and Master of Science at the University of Amsterdam from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they completed courses in Real Estate Valuation at The George Washington University School of Business in 2013 and Doing Business in China at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in 2013. Tom also holds several certifications in areas such as code of conduct fundamentals, privacy training, information security, and milieu.
