Previously, Joshua held positions such as Manager of IT Service Desk at Lincoln Financial Group and Supervisor of IT Global Service Desk at Ralph Lauren. With experience spanning over a decade in IT support and technical roles, Joshua has a strong background in managing teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Joshua has also provided technical support for major retailers and financial institutions during their tenure at NCR Corporation. Joshua holds a Bachelor's of Science in Communications from East Carolina University and an Associates in Information Technology from Pitt Community College.
