Marienne Hill-Treadway has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and merchandising. Marienne currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sourcing Operations at Centric Brands, where they are responsible for developing a unified approach to sourcing, quality assurance, compliance, and sustainability operations.

Prior to their current role, Marienne worked at Primary.com as the Chief Supply Chain and Merchandise Officer, where they developed supply chain and merchandise strategies that resulted in significant year-over-year growth and positive product margins.

Marienne has also held positions at companies such as ANN INC, Armani Exchange, Saks Fifth Avenue, 77 Kids by American Eagle Outfitters, Gap Inc., and Kellwood Company, where they demonstrated expertise in various areas including brand management, global sourcing, production, and technical design.

Throughout their career, Marienne has played a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes, executing cost reduction initiatives, and driving revenue growth for the companies they have worked with.

Marienne Hill-Treadway attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Marienne later attended the School of Fashion Design, where they obtained a Design Diploma with a focus in Fashion/Apparel Design.
