Carmen Frost has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and project management. With a background in psychology, Carmen has worked at Centrica since January 2011, holding various titles related to Workday functional architecture and employee journey design. Prior to that, Carmen worked at GradWeb from August 2004 to December 2010, where Carmen managed technical accounts, coordinated recruitment campaigns, and oversaw project management for graduate recruitment activities.
