Dave Panaech

Dave Panaech is a senior litigation counsel at Centrica since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in resolving complex commercial disputes with an international dimension. Previously, Dave served as a senior associate at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP from October 2017 to November 2021, focusing on a variety of legal matters including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and defamation. Dave's legal career began as an advocate and solicitor at Tan Rajah & Cheah from 1999 to 2003, followed by a progression to associate at Bond Dickinson LLP from April 2004 to October 2017. Dave holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law from King's College London and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Southampton.
