Clinical Research Team Lead at Centricity Research

Nishchal Salian has a diverse range of work experience in the field of clinical research and teaching. Their most recent role is as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Centricity Research, where they conduct informed consent for clinical study participants and ensure adherence to protocols. They have also worked as a lead coordinator on various endocrine studies and vaccine trials. Prior to that, Nishchal worked as a Faculty of Clinical Research at ICRI India, where they developed interactive curriculum and provided training in various subjects related to clinical trials and pharmacology. They also have experience as an online tutor and lecturer at BluePen and Unity College of Nursing, respectively. Nishchal Salian's education history begins with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Biotechnology from Alva's College of Education, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Nishchal then pursued a Master of Science (MSC) in Medical Pharmacology from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, completing it from 2011 to 2014.

Furthermore, they obtained certifications in "CPR/AED Level C" from the Canadian Red Cross in March 2023, and "Good Clinical Practice" from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in April 2022.
