Jerod Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jerod began their career in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant, Nuclear Engineering Officer, where they supervised personnel and managed the operations of a nuclear reactor steam power plant. Following their military service, Swanson worked at Pentair Corporation, where they held roles as a Project Engineer, Sales Engineer, and Carwash Product Manager. Jerod successfully managed product development and achieved record revenue growth by providing technical sales support and application solutions to customers worldwide. Swanson then worked at Sabic Innovative Plastics as an Account Manager and Product Marketing Manager, responsible for sales of raw material plastics resin and technical product marketing. Jerod excelled in revenue generation and achieved significant sales growth. Swanson later joined Aeration Industries International as an International Sales Manager, handling direct sales of wastewater treatment equipment and managing international manufacturer representatives. Jerod conducted market research and competitor analysis to provide marketing materials and pricing strategies. Swanson then transitioned to Parkson Corporation, where they held various roles such as Commercial Leader, Segment Leader, and Regional Sales Manager.
