Anna Sopena

Anna Sopena is a seasoned executive coach and psychologist with extensive experience in coaching and human resources consulting. Currently, Anna serves as a Partner and Executive Coach at Dependetu, and as a Health Coach and Psychologist at Instituto Digestivo Teknon. Since November 2012, Anna has contributed to the IESE Executive Coaching Unit and has also been an Executive Coach at EADA since June 2012. Previous roles include consulting with Manum Consulting Group and Hay Group, where Anna focused on strategic human resources. A former Human Resources Manager at Roche Diagnostics and an Assistant Personnel Manager at Marks and Spencer, Anna built a solid foundation in human resources early in their career, which began as a nurse. Anna's academic background includes multiple master's degrees and certifications in executive coaching, nutrition, and emotional awareness.
