Anupam Paliwal

Anupam Paliwal has over 13 years of experience in investment banking and advisory roles. Anupam currently holds the position of Senior Director - Investment Banking at Centrum India. Prior to this, they worked at ICICI Securities as a Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where they were involved in transaction origination, client pitches, and execution for PE, M&A, and restructuring transactions in various sectors. Anupam was also part of the conglomerate coverage team. Anupam also has experience at ICICI Bank as a Manager in the Origination & Advisory Group, providing end-to-end advisory solutions for M&A and PE transactions, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, they worked on a consulting project in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry, where they worked on a restructuring plan for De's Technico Pvt. Ltd.

Anupam Paliwal obtained a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI in 2004. Anupam then pursued a B.Com. degree in Finance from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 2000 to 2003. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they completed a PGDM in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In 2013 to 2016, they studied German Language and earned a Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from the Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan Mumbai.
