Jeff Cooper

Jeff Cooper is currently the Director of Engineering at Centrus Energy Corp. Jeff has a background in physics, holding a Ph.D., M.Phil, and M.S. from Yale University. Prior to their current role, Jeff worked as a Principal Engineer at Centrus Energy Corp and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. During their time at Lawrence Livermore, Jeff led a collaboration in the development of a radioactive 76Kr beam. Jeff also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Yale University, where Jeff conducted experiments in low energy nuclear structure physics.
