Tito Alfonsín

Tito Alfonsín Ríos has extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in the development of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and vision systems. Currently serving as the Head of SW&FW at CENTUM research & technology since December 2017, Tito previously held positions as a software engineer at Centro Tecnologico de la Automoción de Galicia (CTAG) from January 2013 to December 2017, focusing on tooling and systems development in C++ and Qt. Tito began their career at ETSE Telecomunicacion at Universidad de Vigo from April 2009 to December 2012, where R&D projects were conducted for CTAG, including the development of Intelligent Transport Systems in Java. An initial role at Universidad de Vigo involved maintaining computer labs and developing a pedestrian detection system using RFID technology. Tito holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidade de Vigo, completed in 2008.
