Jessica Roman

Jessica Roman is the Regional President at Century 21 BE3 since May 2023. She is also the Company Owner of The Roman Group since January 2015, and Founder of Homes Plus Corp since September 2021. Additionally, Jessica serves as the Manager at J2M Investments since March 2022. Prior to her current roles, she worked as a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Solutions Provider at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group from January 2012 to May 2023. Jessica also has experience as an Operations Manager and Assistant Store Manager at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse from May 2005 to January 2012.
