Teresa Ford

Teresa Ford has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Teresa most recently worked at CENTURY 21® from November 2023 onwards, where they served as the Director of Strategic Growth. Prior to that, they worked at Coldwell Banker as an Account Manager from July 2022 to November 2023. Teresa also held the position of Global Strategic Account Manager at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving from June 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining SIRVA, Teresa worked at UniGroup, starting as a Relocation Management Specialist from May 2010 to July 2011. Teresa then took on various roles at UniGroup, including Certified Move Coordinator from March 2016 to October 2019, Virtual Household Goods Sales Consultant from October 2019 to August 2020, and Agency Network Manager from August 2020 to June 2021.

In addition to their real estate and relocation experience, Teresa briefly worked at BECU as a Contact Center Consultant from September 2014 to May 2015. Teresa also held the position of Senior Military Relocation Manager and Account Manager at Crown Moving Co., Inc. from March 2012 to September 2014.

Teresa Ford attended City University of Seattle from 2020 to 2022, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business from Spokane Falls Community College in 2020. Teresa completed their high school education at Northwest High School from 2001 to 2005. Teresa also holds certifications in Phone-Based Customer Service, Solution Selling, and The Science of Sales, obtained in 2019 from LinkedIn.
