Caleigh Kiefer

Caleigh Kiefer is an experienced emergency medical professional currently serving as an EMT/Paramedic at Levy County Fire Rescue since June 2024 and as an Emergency Medical Technician at Century Ambulance Service, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Caleigh worked as a Taste Panel Technician at the University of Florida from January 2020 to May 2022, facilitating sensory research for food and beverage companies by guiding panelists through the tasting process.
