Dawn Boyd

Dawn Boyd is an experienced finance professional with a background in leadership positions within the real estate and accounting sectors. Currently serving as Regional VP of Finance and previously as Vice President of Finance at Century Communities, Inc. since February 2019, Dawn has also held significant roles such as Controller at PulteGroup from May 2013 to March 2023 and Accounting Supervisor at ITW Lock n' Pop from November 2010 to May 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Westgate Business Services, LLC, Vice President of Finance at Barclays North, Inc., and Tax Manager at Moss Adams LLP. Dawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Washington State University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
