Sam Rosser

Sam Rosser is an accomplished professional in the construction and engineering fields with a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia. Currently serving as Project Manager and previously as Project Engineer at Century Concrete since November 2020, Sam has extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Century Concrete Construction as Lead Field Engineer involved utilizing survey practices for accurate construction layouts and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings. Additional experience includes research on asphalt recycling techniques at the Virginia Center for Transportation Innovation and Research, along with various roles in manual labor and environmental science, demonstrating a diverse skill set and strong work ethic.
