Steve Burroughs has over 20 years of experience in fleet and equipment management across various industries. Currently serving as the Fleet & Equipment Manager at Century Construction since October 2014, Steve oversees daily fleet operations, including driver hiring, retention, safety, and the training of maintenance personnel. Prior to this role, Steve held positions at Waste Management as District Fleet Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing fleet maintenance across multiple locations, coordinating operations for fleet and driver workforces, and interfacing with local customers. Steve also worked at FedEx Ground as a Home Delivery Contractor, managing daily delivery routes and maintaining the necessary vehicles.
