Joel Wittman possesses a diverse background in management, consulting, and military service. Currently serving as Training Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Financial Consultant at Century Consulting Services since June 2021, Joel's notable prior experience includes managing high-volume operations as Restaurant Manager at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, where responsibilities encompassed financial performance and compliance with safety protocols. Joel also played a key role at The Kitchen Restaurant Group, initially as Assistant General Manager and contributing to staff training for new locations. Military experience includes serving as a Weather Forecaster and SERE Specialist in the United States Air Force, where expertise in data analysis and teaching was developed.
