Natasha Key, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, specializing in risk management and employee relations. Currently serving as an HR Generalist and Risk Management Specialist at Century Martial Arts since May 2017, Natasha has also worked as a Human Resource Generalist Consultant for Choctaw Defense Services and executed HR processes for Quad/Graphics, supporting over 1,100 employees. Prior roles include HR Specialist II at the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce, where responsibilities included employee relations and HRIS management, and client services and marketing support for Career Executive Options, Inc. Natasha's diverse background is complemented by certifications as a PADI MSDT Instructor Trainer and experience in scuba diving industry management.
