Joseph Sondej

Joseph Sondej has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in quality control and microbiology roles. Joseph is currently the Director of Quality Control at Century Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Celgene for over 20 years in various positions, including Site Microbiologist, Associate Director - QC Microbiology CAR T, Associate Director - QC Operations, Senior Manager - Quality Control Operations, Manager - Quality Control Operations, Manager - Developmental Quality Control, Associate Manager - Quality Control, Quality Assurance Associate, and Laboratory Technologist.

Joseph Sondej completed their education at several institutions. In 1998, they graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. In 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. Finally, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued an MBA in Finance at Montclair State University.
