Jerry Swain has over 30 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and business development. From 1989 to 1994, they worked at IBM in various roles, including Account Representative, Agent Territory Manager, and Services Marketing Specialist. In 1994, they joined Stichler Group as Vice President of Business Development, where they negotiated alliances with business partners and generated new clients. In 1997, they moved to ComSites USA as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading the company's domestic marketing activities and volume of sales revenue. In 1999, they founded Swain Creations, Inc., and launched Jer's Chocolates, an international award-winning chocolate brand. In 2014, Jer's Chocolates was sold to BBX Capital, and Jerry became President of West Coast Operations and Chief Sales Officer at BBX Sweet Holdings. Since 2017, they have been the Chair at TIGER 21, a peer-to-peer learning network for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. In 2018, they became a Partner at CEO Coaching International. Jerry is also an international public speaker, leading presentations on entrepreneurship, sales and marketing leadership, and following passions.
Jerry Swain obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. Jerry has also completed multiple leadership, sales, entrepreneurial and marketing seminars and courses, as well as Karass Negotiation Training.
