Lynne Cogan is a seasoned career coach and marketer, having founded Careerization™ in January 2009 to help individuals realize their professional dreams through tailored résumés, LinkedIn profiles, and personal branding. With experience as an Ambassador for CEO Space International since February 1996, Lynne contributes to business growth by facilitating networking opportunities at conferences. Previously, Lynne owned Career Designs from 1980 to 2000, where collaboration with clients resulted in impactful résumés across various professions. Lynne's entrepreneurial journey began in 1977, encompassing roles in typing and word processing and temporary employment in diverse companies, which provided extensive insights into organizational dynamics. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Maryland.
