Craig played a crucial role in winning a place on national procurement public sector frameworks for consultancy and IT services and positioning SFW for sale to Civica.
In their most recent role as the Director of Client Services at Ceox Services Ltd, Craig provided strategic support to the management team in developing proposition and market service offerings. Craig'sfocus was on enabling clients to deliver digital transformation through the adoption and exploitation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Microsoft RPA and AI.
Additionally, Craig co-founded OneLife iD, a company that provides interactive sports and medical alert emergency identification. Craig conceptualized and developed the product, launching a range of emergency identification wristbands, tags, cards, and stickers for outdoor sports and medical ID markets.
