Dave McCroskey

Dave McCroskey has extensive experience in customer operations and success, currently serving as Vice President of APAC Customer Care at Cepheid since July 2019, after holding the position of Senior Director in the same division. Prior to Cepheid, Dave worked at BuildingIQ, Inc. as Vice President Of Global Customer Operations, where the focus was on energy efficiency and smart grid solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Customer Operations at InnoPath Software, Vice President of Global Customer Success at Pillar Data Systems, and various management positions at Network Appliance and Silicon Graphics Inc. beginning in 1992. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from San Jose State University.
