Sylvia L.

Sylvia L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and product operations across various leading organizations. At Cepheid, Sylvia currently serves as Sr. Manager of CX and Insights, after holding the position of Sr. Program Manager. Prior to that, at Thumbtack, Sylvia was a Product Operations Manager, and at Microsoft, held the role of Product Marketing Manager. Sylvia's background also includes significant roles at Boeing, as a Sr. Program Manager in the Production Integration Center and as an In-Service Support Specialist, along with managing customer introductions for the 787 Dreamliner. Additionally, Sylvia gained experience as an MBA Consultant during a field study at Google.
