Wei Wang

Wei Wang is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Cequence Security since October 2022, and as a Founding Member of The F Suite, an exclusive peer community for CFOs since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Wei served as Vice President Finance at Ordr Inc. from September 2019 to December 2022, and as Head of Finance at Versa Networks from June 2018 to September 2019. Wei's earlier experience includes Director of Finance and Accounting at Cohesity, where responsibilities included building the finance function and implementing critical financial systems, and Financial Controller at Juniper Networks, overseeing planning and analysis for a division with annual revenues of $3.5 billion. Wei began the career at HP as a Senior Financial Analyst. Wei holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from Clark University.
