Stephen Vaughn

Stephen V. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. As the President & CEO of CERA Solutions since June 2018, Stephen has driven strategic initiatives and business growth. Prior to this, a position as Regional Manager for The Americas was held at BMT Fluid Mechanics Ltd from October 2017 to June 2018. Stephen also contributed to Comprehensive Construction Consulting, Inc. as a Business Development Associate from November 2016 to October 2017, and served as Senior Project Engineer at Cook County from May 2000 to November 2016. Academically, Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois Chicago.
