Olivia Carolina Chavero Rodríguez

Olivia Carolina Chavero Rodríguez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Olivia Carolina started their career as a Supervisor of Service at Compuserman Internacional C.A in 2000. Olivia Carolina then joined Unisys as a Coordinator of Operational Intelligence in 2004, before moving to Atento Venezuela S.A as a Business Coordinator in 2006.

In 2007, Olivia joined DIRECTV Venezuela and held multiple positions including Director of Personalized Attention, Quality Manager, Manager of Quality and Processes, Director of Financial Services and Credit Portfolio, and finally, Director of Human Resources. During their time at DIRECTV, they were responsible for HRBP for the Venezuelan market, as well as being the point of contact for internal clients and coordinating various HR areas.

Olivia continued their career at Ceragon Networks, starting as an Office Manager in 2019. Olivia Carolina led administrative matters for the Mexico office, including managing relationships with suppliers and clients. Later, they became the Supply Chain and Administration Senior Manager, where they provided support in decision-making processes, developed strategies for the operations of the area, and ensured compliance with legal and financial frameworks.

In 2022, Olivia took on the role of LATAM Chief of Staff at Ceragon Networks, and in 2023, they transitioned to the position of LATAM People and Talent Director. As the HRBP for Latin America, they acted as the focal point for internal clients and served as a bridge between various specialized HR areas, such as training, talent acquisition, compensation, and talent engagement.

Throughout their career, Olivia has demonstrated expertise in human resources, leadership, process management, quality assurance, and administration.

Olivia Carolina Chavero Rodríguez studied Economics at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2001 to 2006, earning their degree as an Economist. In 2013, they pursued further education at IESA, completing the Programa Avanzado en Gerencia (PAG) in 2014.
