Sheetal Arora

Sheetal Arora has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic and operational HR issues. Sheetal has held various leadership roles, including Global Vice President People at Ceragon Networks, where they are responsible for implementing HR processes and policies, talent management, and driving market and global alignment. Prior to this, they were Head of People & Talent-India, leading a team and overseeing operations across 25 circles. Sheetal also has experience at Bharti Group of Companies, where they served as Head HR Operations & Engagement and Head HR Operations, building effective HR teams and implementing learning and development strategies aligned with business goals. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Apollo Hospitals and DMRC-KSHI Joint Venture.

Sheetal Arora has a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Sheetal also completed their 12th-grade education in Arts from Model School from 1990 to 1994.

Currently, Sheetal Arora is pursuing their Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Counselling from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Sheetal started their studies in 2020 and is expected to complete them in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Sheetal Arora has obtained certification in "Building & Leading effective teams" from Ceragon Networks in 2019.
