Rachel Blechman

With extensive experience in the cycling and triathlon industries, Rachel has worked at Specialized Bicycle Components as the US Road & Gravel Category Lead, where integration of demand planning and supply strategy was key. Rachel's earlier roles include Senior Sales Manager at The Pro's Closet and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Ventum, focusing on partner acquisitions and high-performance sponsorships. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami.
