Simon Ardiss

Simon Ardiss has had a long and varied career in the business world. In 2014, they became a Non Executive Director / Consigliere at CercaOfficina.it, where they developed Corporate Governance, helped on business strategy, and set up performance measurement systems. In 2015, they became a Board Member / Consigliere at Studio Legale Boglione, where they interacted with Partners to define a 5 year growth plan and set up measurement systems and KPI's. In 2016, they began working as a Venture Capital Investments for a Privately Owned Family Office, where they set up a Venture Capital process, scouted for opportunities, and managed investments. In 2017, they became a Non Executive Director / Board Member at Dante Medical Solutions S.r.l., where they helped founders and management define strategy, governance, and company processes. In 2018, they became a Member of the Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC). In 2011, they became a Partner at Italian Angels for Growth, where they invested in startups that brought innovation. In 2022, they became a Board Advisor at União Biotecnologia - Crude Heparin, where they helped the factory start production. Lastly, in 1994, they became the CEO of SEDPA sam, where they were originally a food importer and then extended to provide services to producers.

Simon Ardiss began their education in 1992 with a meat processing apprenticeship at Swift Armour - Frigorifico Bordon - SIF 7 - Livramento, Brazil. In 2012, they completed an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, with electives in Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurship. In 2014, they completed a Directors in Family Owned Companies Management program from SDA Bocconi. In 2016, they began a DUET program in Études Théologiques at Institut supérieur de Théologie de Nice Sophia Antipolis, which they are currently completing.
