Thierry Pacaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Since December 2012, Thierry has served as the Founder and Leader of Team For Development.fr, focusing on enhancing workplace well-being through improved management practices. As a Certification Judge and Educational Facilitator at Team Intelligence since June 2018, Thierry contributes to the development of France's first specialized team coaching school. Thierry also holds the position of President at Cercle pour la Motivation, promoting modern management concepts. Additionally, Thierry is an Administrator for the Société des Explorateurs Français, advancing exploration and scientific research.
