J. David Seay

J. David Seay has a diverse and extensive work experience ranging from executive roles in various organizations. J. David served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State from 2010 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Mark Krueger & Associates, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. From 2007 to 2009, Seay was the President of their own consulting firm, J. David Seay Consulting.

Before starting their own consultancy, Seay worked as the Executive Director at National Alliance on Mental Illness of New York State from 2001 to 2007. J. David held a significant position at United Hospital Fund of New York as the VP, Secretary & General Counsel for an impressive span of 21 years, from 1979 to 2000. Before that, they were a Staff Executive, Group Operations at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company from 1977 to 1979.

Seay's early career includes a role as a Health Industry Specialist at the Executive Office of the President of the United States from 1973 to 1974. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in executive leadership, legal expertise, and a wide range of industries.
