Stu Whelehan, CAIA is currently the Senior Director - Compliance and Lender Relations at Cerebro Capital managing loan compliance and risk for a significant amount in mid-market debt. At S & A Development, LLC, Stu holds the position of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the operations of a real estate development company. Previously, at Morgan Stanley, Stu served in various roles including Vice President of FID, Director of Loan Closing, Associate in the Loan Servicing Control Team, and Analyst in Corporate Loan Servicing. Stu received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Gettysburg College in 2008.
