Carolina Restrepo

Carolina Restrepo's work experience begins with their role as a Customer Service Representative at Otter Products in 2017. Carolina later transitioned to the position of Bilingual Quality Advocate, where they provided feedback to fellow agents and created reports within CallMiner. In 2019, they became an Associate Customer Service Support Manager, leading a team and working cross-functionally to improve data collection and research efforts.

In 2021, Carolina Restrepo joined several companies in various roles. At Honey & Roses Coffee Co, they worked as a Social Media Assistant, developing recipes, filming, and editing videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Carolina also partnered with Cotopaxi as a Brand Advocate, creating on-brand content and campaigns. Additionally, they became a Brand Ambassador at Ceremonia, participating in product testing and launches, and creating content on social media.

Before these roles, Carolina Restrepo worked as a Guest Service Team Lead at Target, overseeing registers and ensuring guest satisfaction. Carolina also served as a Resident Advisor at San Diego State University Residential Education, where they coordinated programs and ensured resident safety. Carolina gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Biking Buenos Aires and held multiple Resident Advisor positions at San Diego State University Residential Education.

Carolina Restrepo earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from San Diego State University, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Carolina also had the opportunity to study abroad at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2014, focusing on International Business. Prior to their university studies, Carolina completed their high school education at Fort Collins High School, receiving their High School Diploma from there between 2009 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Carolina Restrepo obtained various certifications. Carolina received a Cultural Competency Certificate from San Diego State University in May 2014. Furthermore, Carolina holds a Data Management and Analysis certification from Colorado State University Global, which they obtained in May 2021. Lastly, Carolina has a QPR Suicide Prevention Certificate, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unspecified.
