Zulfikar Valli

Zulfikar Valli is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in voice recognition technology. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Cerence Inc. since October 2019, Zulfikar leads a team that develops components for speech-enabled automotive applications. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at Nuance Communications from March 2005 to October 2019, where roles included Senior Software Development Team Lead and various senior developer positions focused on mobility and server-side components across multiple projects. Zulfikar's earlier career includes positions at Videotron managing the Pay Per View system and at GIRO developing scheduling software for transportation. Zulfikar holds a B.Sc. in Maths-Computer Sciences from Université de Montréal.
