Jukka Kortelainen has been working in various roles since 2005. Jukka began their career at the University of Oulu, where they held the roles of Adjunct Professor, Senior Research Fellow, Academy Research Fellow, Resident Physician, Postdoctoral Researcher, Research Scientist, Assistant Physician, and Research Assistant. In 2013, they took on the role of Health Centre Physician at the City of Oulu, and Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, and Chief Medical Officer at Cerenion Oy.
Jukka Kortelainen obtained a Master of Science (Technology) from the University of Oulu in 2000-2006, a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Oulu in 2003-2008, a Doctor of Science (Technology) in Intelligent Systems from the University of Oulu in 2006-2011, and a Licentiate of Medicine from the University of Oulu in 2006-2013.
