Laura Daisy Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and marketing within the food industry. Currently serving as an Innovation Manager at Ceres Organics since June 2021, prior roles include Marketing Account Manager and Marketing Manager ANZ at ADM from April 2017 to June 2020. Laura also held positions as a Senior Trend & Innovation Consultant and Global Food Science Analyst at Mintel from August 2012 to February 2017. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a Consumer Food Scientist at Fisher & Paykel Appliances and an Assistant Food Technologist at Bakels New Zealand. Academically, Laura holds a Master of Human Nutrition from Deakin University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Bioscience Enterprise from The University of Auckland, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Lincoln University (NZ).
