Mike Van Ganse is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in senior managerial roles within the consumer health sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ceres Pharma since September 2023, Mike leads a team focused on integrating acquired companies and driving organic growth. As the founder and CEO of MMVD - Van Ganse Entrepreneurship Advisory, Mike provides strategic and operational advice in the consumer health and life sciences fields. Previously, Mike held leadership positions, including CEO of Oystershell and interim CEO of Mylène at Vision Healthcare, where significant transformations and integrations took place. Mike's extensive background includes roles at Acar'Up Consumer Health, Sylphar nv, Omega Pharma, and Bayer Sante Familiale, complemented by executive education from INSEAD, Harvard Business School, and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
