Instlm Kelly Rivers

Kelly Rivers, InstLM, currently serves as the HR & Benefits Coordinator at Ceres Power since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Learning And Development Support Executive at AJW Aviation from September 2016 to July 2020. Kelly's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Office Administrator at IBM from 2013 to 2016, and spending over a decade at Legal & General from 2000 to 2011, where responsibilities included roles as Incident Manager and 2nd Line Desktop Support. Kelly Rivers completed a degree in Leading Self from InstLM between June 2022 and April 2023.
